About DreamMaker Bath
& Kitchen of San Gabriel Valley
We've been serving the San Gabriel Valley since
1992. Before becoming a DreamMaker franchisee, we
were Canyon Oak Construction, Inc. Then and now,
our reputation is built on craftsmanship,
professionalism, and an unmatched commitment to
customer service. We fully-subscribe to the
DreamMaker Code of Values.
Since our beginning, the majority of our
clients have come to us by referral - largely
due to our track record in completing complex,
highly detailed kitchens and bath projects.
Although we now specialize in kitchen and bath
remodeling, we're skilled in all areas of home
remodeling, repair, and construction.
Our Commitment to Green Construction
At DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of San Gabriel Valley
we're constantly finding ways to practice to 4 R’s
of “Going Green”: Reduce, Re-Use,
Recycle and Recover
the Resource. For example, we often reinstall old
cabinets from remodeled kitchens into garages for
our clients, donate appliances to charities, recycle
cardboard from shipped products, and we’ve recovered
more space with every new project.
Kitchens are often the heart of the home - where
families and friends get together. Our goals of
“Greening” a kitchen project include natural
lighting, optimal ventilation layout, low-toxicity
finishes, energy/water-efficient appliances, and
surfaces that are durable, cleanable and, of course,
aesthetically pleasing. While there is no material
with zero impact on the environment, there are many
eco-friendly products and materials available to our
clients today.
Many of our manufacturers are producing these
products, allowing our clients to be less reliant on
existing harmful or toxic materials. For example,
Showplace Wood Products has introduced the Lypus
wood as an option for the environmentally conscious
customer. Bamboo, or cork, are great material
options for flooring, and stainless steel or
concrete are now being used for countertops.

We like to call that the “Target Investment Range".
After all, the outcome is something

Valley is to achieve the customer’s dream into their

Michelle Clemens Controller/Office Manager
"Starting a new project takes a lot of work,
from the decision making to the ordering and
receiving of new products. Our customer’s don’t need
to worry about the ordering; confirming or receiving
once they’ve signed up with DreamMaker.
My goal is to have the products arrive prior to the
install date, checked for any possible damage and
make sure the items ordered are what we’ve received
and delivered to the jobsite. After all, the
client’s vision is our mission!" |
